Hero11 app or website: what to use on Android, iPhone or PC
The Android APK is only for Android phones. On an iPhone or a computer, open the Hero11 website in your browser and sign in with the same account.

Your account works on both
Moving between the website and the app doesn’t create a new account. Sign in with the email address or mobile number you registered with — the website login guide shows exactly where to tap.
If you are switching phones, keep your old session signed in until you have confirmed the new one works. Don’t register again just because the screen looks different; a second account won’t carry over your history or referrals.
Using both is fine too. Plenty of people keep the app on their Android phone and open the website on a laptop or a family member’s iPhone. Just remember to log out on any device that isn’t yours.
How to get the Android app from the website
- Open the Hero11 site in Chrome on your Android phone.
- Tap DOWNLOAD on the “Download the APK” banner at the top.
- When the download finishes, open the file from Chrome’s Downloads.
- If asked, allow installs for Chrome: Settings › Apps › Special app access › Install unknown apps › Chrome › Allow from this source.
- Tap Install, then Open, and log in with your usual email or mobile number.
The APK banner is aimed at Android phones. If you can’t see it on an iPhone or a computer, that’s expected — use the website there.
On iPhone: skip the “iOS APK” downloads
Pages promising a “Hero11 iOS APK”, a converter or a configuration profile to install are not a shortcut — iPhones can’t run Android files, and profiles can change device settings. Use the Hero11 website in Safari instead.
